November 20, 2023 - This was my last bottle. Definitely oaky. Decanted for 2+ hours. Didn’t have time to take lots of notes as we served at a party. Had it with some French appetizers. As expected it did not pair well with French food. Should be a great wine to have with paella.
Remember liking the earlier bottles a bit more than this one, though this was a pleasure to drink. So, I think it’s nearing the end of the drinking window. -

February 3, 2021 - A lovely bouquet. Flavor is deep and excellent. Deep, full bodied. Very tasty vino. Wanted the bottle to last all evening, which unfortunately it did not..good stuff.
