December 13, 2020 - This wine continues to evolve nicely. This wine is all about balance. Tropical fruit notes are complimented by a touch of spice from the well integrated wood. Wonderful depth and texture. The nose is aromatically delicate but intellectual. Ms. Valdez has a bright future in winemaking. Good juice.

June 15, 2020 - Tropical fruit notes combine with notes of baked bread and spice. Medium weight with great depth and texture. Round with low to medium acidity. Good juice.

June 21, 2019 - Tropical fruit combine with well integrated wood to create a wonderful expression of Sonoma Chardonnay. Good depth and structure. I love the mouth feel too. This will continue to improve over the next couple of years.

November 23, 2018 - Tropical fruit and lightly toasted bread highlight this under the radar Chardonnay. Wonderful nose and good mouth feel. This wine wakes up the senses on every taste. Good juice!
