February 11, 2020 - It’s been two years since I had my last bottle of the 2015. This is a Burgundy and at first taste you get that Pinot nose. But this is Givry and therefore pretty woody with medium body tannins. It was fine to drink over several days with the vacuum pump sealing it at night. I actually felt like it opened up more as it went, revealing some tart cherry on the finish. I’m gonna continue to wait on this one.

May 19, 2019 - {Multiple bottles purchased from Ansonia wines; all have been sound. PopNPour} Delicious, with earthy red fruit, good length, balanced, a clear step up from most Bourgogne and drinking well now, 3-5 year window on this. Excellent quality-to-price ratio (QPR). Range 88-90 this evening, scored 89.
