Community Tasting Notes 3

June 12, 2021 - Nose is shy, some raspberries and crane berries with spicy and savoury notes which flow seamlessly into the rich palate. This Grenache needs to breathe for 2 hours for the nose to open up more. Good density in a spicy red fruit compote. Fresh acidity prevents the structure from becoming too heavy. Good depth and smooth finish. At its peak now, drink this within the next 5 years.

January 14, 2019 - Very pleasant, young Grenache, fruity , medium weight, plenty of future, drink now or hold on for a long time, 5 plus years

July 27, 2018 - Adelaide trip; 7/26/2018-7/29/2018 (Adelaide and the surrounding environs): ripe red berry and slight cherry, sweet spice, juicy, tight, slightly gritty tannins. Fruit is a little subdued and there is some alcohol warmth here.
