Community Tasting Notes 1

August 27, 2019 - This wine is a deep purple. The nose is clean, of medium intensity, and composed of cedar, blackberry jam, clove, ripe strawberries, plums, and prune juice. This is a dry wine with medium-to-high acidity, high tannins, and a medium-to-full body. Flavor components are very consistent with the nose, making for a well balanced wine. The finish is medium. Overall, this is a wine of good quality.
