March 3, 2024 - An absolute banging classic. Perfectly balanced oyster shell, wet rocks, wet hay character, just delightful.

February 25, 2024 - First night palate was dominated by grapefruit. Drank again on third night, and it had settled down, much more mineral, with a nice citrus balance. Score from third night.

September 14, 2023 - Very citrusy with good mineral attack and core fruit tension. The vintage has added fatness to the wine. Drinking very well. 91+

August 27, 2021 - First night had a beautiful nose and palate, lots of fruit, with a little bit a buttery warmth. Second night, had become more acidic.

August 14, 2021 - Très bien pour ce premier cru, assez tendu mais pas trop, bel équilibre, excellent pour le prix.

Very nice for this 1st from Benoit Droin, nice balance and a gorgeous palate.

May 30, 2021 - Classic Chablis but really quite ripe and full, with Granny Smith apples, peaches and cream layered on wet hay and really quite a lot of persistent acidity. No need to wait but will improve I think.

December 11, 2020 - PnP. Consistent albeit less oaky. Give it a one hour decant

November 21, 2020 - 13.0% - Clear, med lemon / clean, pronounced intensity of yellow apple, meyer lemon, citrus peel, chalky, fresh butter, spice / dry, med+ racy acidity, med body, creamy mouthcoating texture, pronounced intensity with a long lasting finish. Gained weight and elegance over the last two years. Very nice! 92(+). Great match with shucked oysters and a classic salmon tartare!
