March 11, 2024 - Amazing, much preferred to the blanc to blanc from the prior night. This was much more open and showing well.

March 3, 2024 - half bottle that I ad in my cellar for more than 10 years. upon opening, the nose is mainly dominated by fresh nuts but nicely evolved with time to reveal citrus and biscuits notes. fresh palate, very subtle bubble (almost gone? ), mid weight. very nice

January 21, 2024 - Nose is good with some lemon and grapefruit notes. Medium acidity, light mousse - quite strong on the palate with some citrus and belle peppers. Medium ending with some oak. A run of the mill Champagne but nothing to tell home about.

Very fine mousse.
On the nose, it isn’t very intense. There are apples, melons, pronounced brioche and butter. Some parsley or something vegetal. Very representative Champagne.
In the mouth, it has medium+ body and acidity. There are green and yellow apples, melons, toast and a little bit of lemon.
The finish is medium and a little bitter.
