January 5, 2024 - This was lovely. Concentrated, almost pungent fruit. Good acid. Stands up to gorgonzola. Wish I had more.

May 1, 2021 - Increadibly concentrated with caramel, vanilla, nuts and orange. Felt almost like a dark, sweet rum. Liquid dessert if there ever was one. Very good.
