January 30, 2023 - Praelum CNY Staff Dinner (The Famous Kitchen): Medium straw, with slivery green hue, and starbright. Aromas of ripe peach and apple, a strong greyish rocky feel, barley, and almond. Dry, lightfooted, whilst having zingy acids, and with medium ripe peach and ripe green apple flavours, a hint of white flowers, rocky, and quite a bit of varnish. Fairly lengthy. Nice!
