May 2, 2023 - Hitting its stride now. Cinnamon, nutmeg, black cherry, milk chocolate, balanced with a silky mouth-feel. Great CdP!

May 23, 2022 - Hour decant. Nose of cherries and roses. Layers of black and bing cherries with a spicy tang. Round tannins, peppery spice, dry red fruit layers, meaty notes, and a light oak finale.
