February 27, 2022 - full bodied white - pale to medium gold. Noted viscosity. Aromas of ripe stone fruits and a touch of guava. There is a spicy herbaceous undertone, which can also be appreciated on the palate. Oak is present. Finish is thick and lingering.

November 18, 2019 - At 1862. First wine of the evening. Citrus, stone fruit and faint honeysuckle on the nose. Bright citrus, dry white pears, round glycerine and mouth coating. Medium bodied, Long finish.

February 17, 2019 - I haven't had Châteauneuf du Pape blanc.
This blew me away. We had this after a Napa Sauvignon Blanc and what a world of difference. Sure I'm comparing oranges and apples but this Châteauneuf was amazing. -

February 2, 2019 - This rich Rhone was a perfect match with sous vide lemon thyme lobster tail and saffron lobster stock risotto. The wine itself is a wonderful blend of citrus, pear and herbal notes all supported by a medium light body and great finish.
