Candy floss, orange, lemon, almond. Medium plus intensity acidity offsets quite a lot of alcohol warmth, textured burr is drying, lacks flavour on the palate. Odd.
Again Rhone blend but out of whack, Southern Rhone with the alcohol warmth? bit older 5-8 years perhaps?" -

November 25, 2019 - Floral, young fresh peach, classic Condrieu, but I drank it a few weeks after the Perret Condrieu Chery of the same year, and it is definitely a step down in mouth feel and complexity. I still enjoyed the bottle, however.
