March 20, 2018 - Soft, round and golden with aromas of red apple and mineral. Medium bodied with medium acid, nice texture, a hint of sweetness and a clean mineral finish. Very pure, easy drinking and friendly, yet sophisticated. I wish it were a touch more expressive. Good with chicken karaage. Drink now.
