November 26, 2023 - This is now a beautiful wine. Plenty of black fruit and some spice and tobacco. Good, balanced acidity. Perfect with slow cooked beef in a rich red wine sauce. If I scan avoid drinking the rest of the case it should keep for another 5 years at least.
