September 28, 2019 - Beautiful minerality in the nose. Very nice complexity throughout the palate with a long minerality finish. Vibrant and very alive. Great wine. No rush to drink now, can for sure rest another two decades in the cellar. Food parring: Terrine Foie Gras. Went well, the high minerality had a cleansing effect on the high fat in the foie gras. 94+P
