July 21, 2020 - Sharp red fruits - raspberry, cranberry. Slightly tart finish. Tannins started low, but built gradually, especially mid palate. Medium, lingering acidity

March 20, 2019 - Sour cherry, iron, long finish of spice and dirt. Very high quality for an entry-level Bourgogne AOC.

July 24, 2018 - I'll start with good QPR for a Burg. Under 20, and very nice and ripe. Its a slightly hazy ruby, and you can actually see your hand on the other side of the glass. I like that. Nose is a wild red berry-settling on raspberry, touch of vanilla, smells like a zing factor in there, a touch of loamy earthiness, some rocks. Its medium bodied on the palate and the fruit is on par with the nose, wet fresh raspberries all day, puckering with some slightly sour notes, medium(-) acidity on the mid palate, same can be said of the tannins, underplayed. Good fruit throughout though, bright, and it rides through a moderate finish with black tea notes fading out smoothly. I do like it, will buy more for the price point.

December 11, 2017 - Coravin pour. Translucent medium ruby, Nose is initially a little sulphur dominated but it does blow off with some air, then it is full of flinty minerals and some floral hints, bramble and just a little under-ripe raspberry. Very restrained on the palate with a medium acid core and low tannin. again just some slight raspberry fruit along with lots of minerals. Modest finish. Very good QPR for an entry level Burgundy.
