April 9, 2023 - Needs lots of air to open up. But after a proper decant… oh boy.. very elegant and perfectly balanced. Not overpowered at all but light on its feet yet long and persistent in the aftertaste. This is simply wonderful

October 21, 2022 - If there is such a thing as a perfect CdP this is as close as you get. Excellent balance and tannins. Deep dark red fruits. Dark chocolate. Leather. Long finish. Suggest decanting at least two hours in advance.

July 12, 2020 - Right out of the bottle this is a killer. Tons of ripe fruit, smooth as silk, tannins are very fine and focused. There’s a lot of structure here but it’s so smooth that it’s drinking well even with no air despite its youth. The finish really stays with you, just coats your mouth and sits there for minutes. One of the best CdP’s I’ve had.

June 20, 2020 - Decanted <1h and feel free to go 2h+. Dark, meaty and mineral with black berries, bitter chocolate, after eight, anis. Fresh, juicy with lots of tension and a long, intense finish. This has a magnetic appeal. Powerful but not overpowering, full bodied but not too heavy. The palate really steals the show here, such layered and sumptuous texture with supple tannin and great acidity. Outstanding and still very young, if you have options just keep cellaring.
