  March 21, 2023 - Another orphan half- bottle( 375 ml).
  Another cellar find!
  On nose: subtle candle wax, minerals and sea salt .
  On palate: above flavour notes follow through, with yellow apple skin, white florals, honeydew rind, with faint notes of flint, but on a medium body, coupled with a balance of present acidity.....this 1er cru, drinking well at 7 years old , displays a fine complexity, worthy of further aging ( but in 750 ml bottles).

  Por copas. Más acuoso que Vaillons con notas de ciruelas amarillas y minerales calcáreos. También un toque marino. Armonioso y con longitud aunque de textura acuosa.
