January 21, 2024 - Good, but overall a bit too woodsy for me. The nose is mildly saline, with orange pith, and not particularly potent sotolon notes, while the palate is but mildly nutty and relatively light. It just doesn't seem to have the ability to hold up to the wood.

December 9, 2021 - [From a bottle that has been sitting in the fridge for a couple of months] Medium Amber. Complex aromas of hazelut, orange peel, and dark caramel. Salty concentration of preserved orange on the palate with a nice folding of acid and crisp bitter rind at the side, rising aromatics on the very long finish.

November 30, 2020 - Rich complex aroma with elements of toasted hazlenut, brown sugar, and dried fig. Sweet, dry and, salty fruit on the palate, simultaneously light and deeply penetrating, with an everlasting winding finish.
