  June 25, 2011 - Consistent w/previous notes. Fairly dark, with cleary ruby hue. Huge oak, spice, & funk on the nose. Identical flavor profile. A little non-descript in terms of fruit, unless "funk" qualifies as fruit. Off-dry through the midpalate, but turns nicely tannic on the back. Easy-drinker. [14.5% abv.; $10.00].

  March 13, 2011 - Pretty New World Pinot. Impeccably balanced fruit, funk, acidity, spice & tannins. Perhaps just a little too ripe, but undeniably delicious. Awesome QPR. [14.5% abv.; $14.00].
