December 9, 2017 - This wine was too sweet for my taste and I struggled to finish the bottle. It was full of cocoa, chocolate and vanilla notes - notes?, no, not 'notes,' it was a slap around the head of sugary tastes. A big gooey sweet mouthful with simple, confected fruit. Just not pleasant - of course, to my taste only; others might get much more mileage out of it. But I won't be going near this again.
