Community Tasting Notes 3

November 21, 2020 - This wine is deep purple in color with a med(+) intensity of aroma. The nose consists of black cherries, plums, fennel, coconut, vanilla, and black pepper. This is a dry wine with high acidity, med tannins, a full body, a med finish, and high alcohol. I taste pepper, pyrazine, smoke, cream and stewed blackberries. Overall this is a good wine that should be drunk now. Not suitable for further ageing.

October 14, 2020 - Red fruit and just a touch medicinal on the nose. With swirling becomes more cherry lifesaver. Workhorse Barbera. And more cherry on the palate too.

May 15, 2020 - Nose of tart cranberry. Light bodied with notes of tart cranberry, light leather, and touch of pepper on the finish.
