September 21, 2020 - Ripe red and blue berries, crushed rocks, hint of black tea and black pepper —and a subtle dusty note on the nose. Bright with lots of fruit on the palate with a touch rawness and an almost medicinal tinged berry note. Medium+ acidity. Nicely balanced wine that could pair with a lot of things — glad I bought this.

January 14, 2019 - I've had a fair amount of white dry and dessert wines from Hungary but first time drinking dry red from this country and boy am I glad I did. A very intense vicious wine with high acid fresh raspberries and strawberries. The fruits are rich but the wine is never too rich or over the top and the acidity really bring great freshness to the wine. A very interesting experience gives perspective to Hungary and its potential not only for great whites but also reds.
