  June 16, 2022 - French white wine from Chablis: Chardonnay. 12,5 % alcohol. Aged for 12 months on fine lees in stainless steel tanks and barrels.
  
  Light golden color.
  
  Delicate and crisp aromas of apricot, white flowers, honey, brioche, lemon and minerals.
  Powerful and delicate flavors of pineapple juice, petrol, white flowers, honey, lemon, yogurt, gunflint and minerals.
  
  Dry. Medium body. Medium+ acidity. Good balance. Good structure. Some complexity. Powerful.
  
  Long finish with lemon and honey.
  
  A clean and powerful Chablis. Benefits a lot from air and gets better when it warms up towards room temperature. Good with food (calamari and pasta funghi) and on its own. 90/100
