  November 16, 2012 - had a date, took a bottle. I think this one just needed a liitle time (the wine). Ran it thru the aerator and it had really good fruit & wasnt at all thin like I feared. Very good PN, even better date.

  February 1, 2009 - What a difference 2+ years make. My last review hammered this wine, but it is a completly different wine from Xmas 06.
  
  Served this wine after about a 30 minute decant in a Reidel Burgandy Stem. Color was a deep ruby red. Nose was of earth, currant and black cherry. The black cherry carried through to the palate with other spices in a very well integrated offering. Finish was at least 30 seconds. This reminded me a bit of a Santa Cruz Mtns Pinot at this point. I would say great QPR at $18 but I doubt you could find the 05 in any stores now.
