December 22, 2018 - Como não sofre dégorgement, as leveduras estão em suspensão e o produtor recomenda deixar a garrafa decantando na vertical por 12h.
Fiz isso outras vezes, mas hoje resolvi não decantar, deixando ele mais rústico para enfrentar uma feijoada.
Perlage ofuscado pela alta turbidez. Nariz com frutas brancas, abacaxi, pão torrado, amêndoas. Em boca estava bem untuoso, com mousse cremosa, boa presença das leveduras e algum cítrico
Aprovado, não “amarelou” com a feijoada.
