January 2, 2018 - Compact and aromatic nose. Dark berries, gravel, ink, iron, forest floor and liquorice. Fierce acidity on the palate and a slight tickle on the tip of the tongue. Dark berries, mint, various dry herbs and ink. A real power house that will manage pretty much whatever you put on the dinner table. Demanding on its own. Beautiful interpretation of terroir and grape, traditional with lots of soul. Also a complete bargain at €10.
