  March 2, 2021 - Delicious. Gold color. Lemon and wet limestone on the nose. Tart Granny Smith apple with some honey and lemon. Very solid acidity. Slight pleasant bitterness at the end of the finish. Pretty pure fruit and not a lot of minerality on the palate. Very enjoyable.

  October 3, 2020 - Yum. A bit of new world in this as it’s slightly less minerality and a bit more sweet lemon curd with a great acidic finish and cut. Medium bodied; gold color- not pale nor dark- a terrific wine with food.

  July 16, 2020 - Love this. A pretty pale gold color. Some granny apple, some white stone fruit, salinity, minerals, tiny hints of candied ginger on the finish. This is medium bodied. Nice intensity of fruit. As it opens it gains a bit of weight and tighter acidic cut and a lemon curd finish. Really having a hard time not drinking this whole bottle by myself, it’s so good!
