May 12, 2024 - Very, very nice.
Tons of apricots, a bit of pear, elderberry and honey.
Great balance: there is substantial sweetness here but it is so well balanced by acidity & co that the wine does not feel overly sweet at all.
We managed to drink a bottle of this within 2 hours with great ease.
If there's anything to criticise (on a very high level), it's that the aftertaste doesn't quite follow through with the rest and is a bit simpler.
But it has to be clear that this is an excellent wine. -

March 26, 2022 - Drank as dessert wine at Casa Eladio, Marbella.
Very pleasant , not very dense or heavy but with good acidity/ sweetness balance. medium weight in a lighter Auslese style with the typical light bitterness which characterizes the classic Tokaji wine.
