October 14, 2020 - Dunkles Rubin, funkelnd, kristallklar.
In der Nase gleich nach dem Öffnen etwas fortgeschrittener Eindruck. Rosinige Noten, heiss. Mit der Zeit wird die Nase sehr elegant, Veilchen, Rosenblätter, Zimt, Sattelleder, Schokolade.
Am Gaumen dicht, mundfüllend, toller Schmelz, schokoladig, Karamell. Tolle Säure, hochfeine und superelegante Tannine, die gemeinsam mit der druckvollen Frucht (Weichsel, Waldbeeren) eine Harmonie bilden die endlos nachklingt. Im Finale auch Trüffelaromen, Unterholz, tolle Mineralik.
Ein wunderschöner, ganz grosser Barbaresco in bester Reife!
