March 22, 2023 - Upon opening this was very hot. Nose of raspberry jam, palate very NOT that. Felt astringent upon swallowing. Tasted like red fruit with all the sweetness removed, not much else. Eventually opened up. Big, bold, def Del Ditto. But not very complex.
