  November 12, 2019 - This bottle was in excellent condition and the wine has held up so well. There is a very fine line of acidity left here and it's balanced by aged, sweet flavors of corn soup and chalky minerals. Elegant and softened and very ready but surprisingly beautiful tonight at 11 Madison.

  November 11, 2019 - 1990 Dinner Hosted by Cedric Nicaise at Eleven Madison Park (Eleven Madison Park): It never ceases to amaze me how well good Chablis ages. This was delicate but with real depth and nuances of lemon flavors. Beautifully balanced with signature Chablis acidity.

  April 16, 2013 - France 2013 - Chablis (Chablis): Tasted at the Domaine. Served blind. After doing fairly well with the 00 Preuses and 96 Petit Chablis, Vincent disappeared and came back with this. Took some to open up as it was a fresh bottle and quite cold but when it did beautiful notes of gun flint, wool, citrus and orchard fruits appeared from the glass. On the palate there wasn’t as much acid as the previous 96 Petit Chablis, but there was more weight, more minerals and more length. This was showing extremely youthfully so I guessed 2002 1er cru. I think everyone was shocked to find out that this was a 1990…insane. Excellent. 91+

Stunningly good.
