April 8, 2023 - Very Good+ I rarely buy "mystery" offers these days, but I'm not mad about this at $20 USD delivered. Drank on PnP and only over about an hour and a half, so limited air exposure. Bright and ripe blueberry and blackberry, at first a bit candied in the nose, zesty and fun to drink. Clean and bright, but some savory hints as it opens. A nice flexible food wine.

June 24, 2021 - Nice sweet peppery and blackberry plum fruit. Well balanced and tasty with enough complexity to be interesting. This is great value.

August 9, 2020 - Very savory and primary. Pretty easy drinking but not a lot in the way of fruit. Short slightly spicy finish. Will cork and try again tomorrow night.

crunchy red fruit on day two. Licorice. Much better!

November 30, 2019 - Initially very disappointing when first poured into the decanter; it took a good 45 minutes for this to show any character at all. Youthful. Eventually it displays primary fruit characteristics of black olive, black raspberry, smokey black cherry and some faint loamy earth. Structural components are subtle and masked by the fruit. No match for a chargrilled NY strip. Based on prior experience with this producer, I guessing there is potential here with additional cellaring. I will hold my remaining inventory for another few years to see if this improves.
