February 20, 2022 - I owe this wine a new review - tasted 2 years ago and my assessment has improved significantly. I'm going from a 78 to 89 score after 2 years of cellar time. Dark fruit, dried plums, raisins, smoke and a slight chemical note on the nose. Medium body with nice acidity. Chewy but smooth tannins on the finish. None of the heat/alcohol that was present 2 years ago. Nice!
