March 17, 2017 - Cellaraid - A Night with Chef Kentaro (Shisen Hanten, Mandarin Orchard): clear, deep bronze; clean, medium nose, of honey, toast, apricots, stewed fruits, and cedar oak; sweet, high acid, low tannins, heavy body, with toast, cedar oak, honey, and apricots; long finish; heartwarming!
