  November 3, 2023 - Almost no sediment.
  
  Deep purple. Quite crunchy upon opening. Decanted for 4 hours and develops rather nicely.
  
  Lots of mineral notes. Hedgerows & hawthorns with spiky tannins.
  
  This is janky but has something rather special about it. Very good effort; good value for money.

  March 5, 2023 - Decanted a couple of hours in advance.
  
  Has become more open and easily drinkable since last time, but I miss the salty element from before. Thrown quite a lot more sediment too. Nice, but less special today. Maybe we are in an intermediate stage. Not in any hurry to open another bottle.

  December 23, 2021 - Very quaffable, spicy fruit, strawberry, plum. Very pleasant, didn't blow us away.

  August 16, 2021 - Opened and decanted 8 hours ahead.
  
  Opened up as the wine was swirled in a big glass. I felt it had a lovely plummy element, but my co-drinkers felt it was more raspberry, but definitely agreed with saltiness as an element.
  
  I was very happy with this, but the people I shared it with were less impressed. Certainly will continue to develop.

  November 1, 2020 - This single vineyard wine is a substantial step up in concentration and structure from the normale, and a notably deeper colour. Whilst I have recently finished off my last bottle of 2016 normale (though it would have lasted longer), this one is really only just coming into drinking. I decanted several hours in advance, and the structure makes it a food wine. Plenty of fruit coming through, that salted plum flavour that is classic for the grape, but also some strawberries and spice.
  
  Looking forward to drinking the rest in no hurry.
