Community Tasting Notes 1

December 4, 2004 - An easy afternoon with close friends (@ My place): Carmine. Creamy bouquet, spicy with red fruit. Not very full bodied, but definitely pleasant drinking. Soft, round, butter, good sweetness and a bit smoky. Now at its peak, with enough tannin to give the wine some backbone.
