May 1, 2024 - Retail $50. 75% Pinot Noir, 25% Chardonnay. 100% Grand Cru. It has been a while since I have written a note on this wine which is partly due to the fact that I just don't buy it anymore (funny how that works). It is now north of fifty bucks and while we still love the wine, spending $50+ on a bottle that once cost us twenty bucks is hard to swallow. Similar notes. 92 Points.

April 22, 2024 - At La Balette, Collioure, France: By the glass, as an aperitif. Very satisfying, elegant champagne. It is 75% pinot noir, but I wouldn't have guessed that.

April 1, 2024 - For the price, the champagne is excellent. Citrusy and fine bubbles - it’s crisp and delicious. I would take a bottle of this over some of the better known and pricier champagnes any day.

March 31, 2024 - Tiny bubbles. Straw color. More Bold than not. Peach 🍑 Green Apple 🍏 pear 🍐 Toast Citrus. Lots of tiny bubbles.
