March 19, 2021 - One first try of this bottle , a gift from good friends,
as nearly always I am prejudiced about Riesling sparklers, Riesling for me is the best white grape, showing complexity and more, but as a sparkler.......hmmmm,
good freshness here, but the fruit, peach and more tropical fruit with too much sweetness in the finish, good grip, fine bubbles, but lacking complexity and the mineral showing you will find in nearly every high class bottle Riesling, starting with Ortswein (village) from better producers, I do miss, just enjoy, no indulging here......., good entry level sparkler but nothing more, *, around 84, 85

November 27, 2020 - A bit shy nose with fine yellowgreen fruit. On palate some sweetness, rounded acidity and quickly disappearing soft, large bubbles. Floral, honey, almond and green fruit.
