July 19, 2021 - Argentina Zoom tasting. Drank in Gabriel Standart.
Appearance is clear, pale intensity, yellow lemon colour. Legs.
Nose is clean, medium+ intensity, with aromas of sweet cream, yellow flowers, golden stone fruits, hot oil. Developed.
On the palate, dry, medium acidity, medium alcohol (13%), medium body. Medium flavour intensity, with flavours of sweet canned peaches, golden nectarines, ripe honeyed melons, salty stony minerals in the background. Honey + saltwater. Medium+ finish.
Good quality. Interesting white. Drink up before acidity sensation dips more.
Blend of 50% Torrontés, 30% Gewurztraminer and 20% Sauvignon Blanc.
