May 16, 2021 - UK merchant and tour guide Tim Syrad's Zoom tasting of pinot noir wines from around the world. This is the only vintage made under this label. Grapes are from Bannockburn region, 7m in French oak. Dark cherry colour, looking fresh. Nose takes a while to open, then jammy and earthy. Quite full palate, rich, leather, tobacco, good strawberry jam, dark berries. Long. Very much in the Central Otago style.
