December 28, 2006 - Third bottle still amazing; this one had lost some of its fizz but had a nice crisp-ness that the others didn't. Wish I had bought another three (especially at $17)

November 17, 2006 - Quite impressive, bottle age has transformed this into something with a lot less yeasty notes and much more Montrachet-like.
