October 23, 2021 - PNP. Straw color. Zesty citrus, Rice Krispies, gardenia, and chalky minerality. Coarse bubbles. Awesome QPR.

May 24, 2021 - I like this. Of comparable quality to Roederer Brut Premier and quite similar. Medium body, complex flavor profile with apple, cinnamon, chalk, brioche. Good QPR.
