January 11, 2024 - Strawberries and cola on the nose. Vibrant acidity. A nice mid-week food wine.

November 21, 2020 - A nice, unobtrusive Pinot ideal for turkey and cranberry sauce: tart black cherry on the nose, a medium weight, fruity body with a hint of cola. A pleasant racy but not bracing finish. Complementary, but not a standout.

April 22, 2020 - Very soft tannins, spice on the nose and palate.

Second day - Spicey oakyness blown off. A little reductive

March 27, 2020 - Fantastic. Made Bourdain’s mushroom soup followed an hour or so later by his Beef Burgandy recipe. Used Luis Jadot 2017 in the dinner and drank a glas while cooking this was lights out compared to that. Also purchased from a grocery store during the COVID-19 panic, where they didn’t know the price and charged me $13.99. Wine was well balanced, and completely changed in flavor as a fat in the meat washed away the tannins. Found the post meal glass as delicious but with harsher flavors. (Duh).
