  November 15, 2020 - Deep ruby almost purple in color
  On the nose developing medium/med+ intensity scents of toast, raspberry, black plum, cedar, black cherry, vanilla, and black pepper. Maybe some stewed plum as well.
  On the palate dry, medium+ body, high acidity, medium+ tannins, with a medium plus almost prolonged finish and a medium plus almost profound intensity of flavors of toast, cedar, black plum, blackberry, and black pepper.
  This is a good to very good wine that can be drank now and has some suitability for further ageing.

  February 23, 2020 - At first it just seemed ok but both of us noticed a sort of metallic taste at the back that didn’t go away. Went down the drain. It was a pity - we normally like wine from Priorat.
