February 15, 2020 - Black cherry and black and red raspberry notes make for core flavors that nicely saturate the palate with medium intensity and agreeable balance and weight. A 6-out-of-10 on complexity, and a little primary in its current state, but this shows some subtle earth and limestone notes that hold interest. Notable for its equilibrium, smooth delivery, and classy execution. A step up from some of the base model Burgundies out there. QPR is kinda-decent given its $50 tariff. Still best to hold a few years to develop some layers and depth. 91+ points.
