July 1, 2023 - D’un magnum. Beaucoup de fruits - cerises noires et cassis. Peu d’élevage apparent. Encore primaire et tannique pour un Gamay. C’est très bon. Dans ce format, je recommanderais de le garder encore quelques années pour qu’il soit davantage expressif.
