October 15, 2023 - Will never win the judgement of Paris, but a very nice zin. Could go a point higher if lubricated.

September 22, 2023 - This bottle is drinking very well. Loads of asphalt character that pairs surprisingly well with Chinese takeout. A well made red wine always finds a place at the dinner table.

September 21, 2023 - Dark maroon color, Tart red fruit aromas with some stemminess. A very gentle entry of mixed red/dark fruit. There was some acid spritz on the edges of the tongue, but the tartness forecasted in the nose did not appear, The wine was quite mellow. Verry satisfying.

September 3, 2023 - seems to be some bottle variation, but bottle was showing beautifully. Also, others have said it needs more time but 30 minutes in the decanter and it was open for business. wonderfully aromatics. big dark and red fruit. went well with a smoky roast chicken

May 23, 2023 - Dark fruit color, slight brimming for the age, good spice, some tannins, good flavor and a spicy finish. Nice mixture of truly older Zinfandel vines. Hold!
