    December 30, 2020 - PNP. Cork intact. Color is light and nose dominated by pineapple with some citrus notes. Swishing shows the same with significant residual sugar and acid in support. Sipping allows the balance to show. This seems very well balanced and I expect will be pretty long lived as it is still very primary and showing no age.
