February 24, 2019 - Extremely tannic (and hot) although not a surprise for a mountain PS. More approachable after 24 hrs. Thought '12 would be ready to drink now but will hold other bottles for at least 2-3 more years.

February 20, 2019 - Absolutely incredible PS and a standout in a winter season of outstanding PS bottlings. Had it with friends and it was easily the winner of the night. Exceptionally well-balanced and deep; loads of dark fruit framed by exceptional fine-grained tannins. Among the most memorable bottles of the past 2-3 years.
